Short answer. As of autumn 2026, LA Solar package offers put the price of 1 kW of solar at about 180,000–195,000 AMD (for example, 10 kW for 1,950,000 AMD). The final price depends on roof type, mounting structure, inverter type and installation location.

What the price is made of

  1. Solar panels. The largest share. LA Solar panels are manufactured in Yerevan, which removes import logistics and provides a local factory warranty.
  2. Inverter. A grid-tied inverter is cheaper; a hybrid inverter costs more but allows a battery.
  3. Mounting structure. Installation on a metal-sheet roof is usually the cheapest; a flat roof or ground mount needs a tilted structure.
  4. Electrical part. Cabling, breakers, lightning protection, grounding, safety boxes.
  5. Labour and commissioning. Survey, design, installation, grid connection, monitoring setup.

Why the price per kW varies

  • In small systems the fixed costs (inverter, labour) are larger per kW.
  • Remote regions add transport costs.
  • A complex roof or a long cable run adds work.

How to compare quotes

Compare not only the total, but also: the panel manufacturer and warranty (LA Solar: 30 years), the inverter brand and warranty (5 years), what is included in the electrical part, and who will provide service. The cheapest quote often omits protection components or monitoring.

Financing

With an installment plan, the bank’s commission may be added to the total. Financing is available for up to 8 years on partner-bank terms. Details on the financing page.
