Warranty terms
- 30 year factory warranty on solar panels
- 5 year warranty on inverters
- 5 year warranty on batteries
- 2 year warranty on cabling and switchgear
- Up to 25 years of service
General principle for service cases
If the cause of a problem relates to equipment supplied by LA Solar or installation work performed by us, we carry out the appropriate check and fix it under the warranty and service terms. If the problem is caused by external factors, for example:
- high or low grid voltage
- grid outages or instability
- the customer's internet connection
- third-party interference with the system
- pre-existing roof problems
- external mechanical damage
then it is not LA Solar's responsibility. Nevertheless, where possible our engineers help diagnose the cause, provide the necessary technical data and direct the customer to the appropriate solution.
Important: If the problem persists, send a service request. Do not open or repair electrical equipment yourself.
